Conditions of Use

Panasonic Electric Works SUNX Co., Ltd. ("PEWJSX") has established these Conditions of Use for users of PEWJSX Home Page (PEWJSX Home Page and other home pages under the name of Panasonic Electric Works SUNX Co., Ltd. divisional companies). By using this Home Page, you signify your assent to these Conditions of Use. PEWJSX may modify these Conditions of Use. The modified version of these Conditions of Use will appear on this Home Page so please confirm the contents of the renewed version each time. Your use of this Home Page constitutes your assent to such modifications. If you breach any of these Conditions of Use, you are required to rectify such breach as instructed by PEWJSX.

1. Definitions

1. a)The term "Contents" as used herein shall mean any contents that appear on PEWJSX Home Page, including any writings, catch phrases, logos, trademarks, service marks, company names, photographs, illustrations, graphs, drawings, reflections, animation, still pictures, music, sounds, software, computer programs, data base, data, etc.
2. b)The term "Your Computer" as used herein shall mean a single computer currently used by you to view PEWJSX Home Page.

1. 2-1.You may view and print the Contents provided by PEWJSX on Your- Computer for your personal use. Please note that some Contents cannot be printed.
2. 2-2.You may download the Contents that are not restricted by PEWJSX on Your Computer for your personal use. If separate terms of use apply to such Contents, please observe such terms.
3. 2-3.With respect to the Contents and PEWJSX Home Page, without our prior consent, you are prohibited from using the Contents in any manner not stipulated in paragraphs 2-1 and 2-2 above or performing any other act, including, but not limited to, reproduction, modification, reverse engineering, distribution, transmission, transferring, leasing, licensing, exporting, business activities or use for profit-making purpose.

4. Prohibitions

In addition to the prohibitions stated above, the following activities are prohibited:

1. a)Violation of PEWJSX or any third party's properties, rights, privacy, honor, trust, interests, etc.;
2. b)Use, transmission or uploading of harmful computer programs, data or information;
3. c)Interference of our operation of PEWJSX Home Page;
4. d)Infringement of laws or legally binding regulations;
5. e)Any act against public order and morals;
6. f)Any act that may correspond or similar to each of the above prohibitions; or
7. g)In addition to the above, any act judged by PEWJSX as inappropriate.

5. Modification of PEWJSX Home Page and Contents

Please note that PEWJSX Home Page and Contents are subject to modification or deletion by PEWJSX without any advance notice.

6. Comments to PEWJSX

If you have any comments, inquiries, etc., regarding PEWJSX, please forward them to PEWJSX. However, please refrain from sending us any of your or third party's trade secrets, exclusive information, any ideas or names for new products or any other suggestions, materials or creative ideas (hereinafter collectively called the "Ideas") except those specifically requested by PEWJSX on certain occasions. None of the Ideas sent to PEWJSX without our request shall be subject to any obligation of use, compensation or confidence by PEWJSX. The sender of such Ideas shall be deemed to have waived any and all rights to such Ideas, including, but not limited to know-how right, copyright, industrial property rights, etc. If PEWJSX specifically seeks certain Ideas to the public, such Ideas will be handled in accordance with the arrangements made by PEWJSX at that time.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. 7-1.In using PEWJSX Home Page and Contents, defects such as character deformation in the text, data omission, errors or interruption may occur due to various conditions of use. Under no circumstances shall PEWJSX be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages that result from such defects or from the use of or the inability to use PEWJSX Home Page or Contents that are in such defective state.
2. 7-2.PEWJSX is making its best efforts in its operation of PEWJSX Home Page, but PEWJSX makes no legal warranty or bear any legal obligations or responsibility with respect to the accuracy or usefulness of the Contents.

8. Governing Law and Court of Competent Jurisdiction

The use of PEWJSX Home Page and construction of these Conditions of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. The district court of Osaka shall be named as the agreed exclusive court of jurisdiction for the first hearing of any disputes arising in connection with the use of PEWJSX Home Page.
